If we go with the lighting fixtures shown in the previous post, it will be a lot like putting some jewelry (earrings) over the nightstands… Here is the story board updated accordingly.
Or, if we went with the taupe looking striped fixture, the story board would be like below. Note, however, that this fixture would be ordered online and is labeled as olive/sage, so it’s very risky in the way of actual color. Could be much different in person.

I am certainly no designer:) but my eye is still drawn to the silver first. The taupe is beautiful, but it's like you said, it's not clear whether it will really be a taupe in person.
